Welcome to the SIGAP (Surveyor Indonesia Guard and Alert Platform) app, developed and operated by PT Surveyor Indonesia. By accessing or using the SIGAP app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SIGAP app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

The SIGAP app is a digital platform designed to support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management and emergency alert functions. It enables users to:

• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Monitor HSE compliance
• Receive safety alerts and notifications
• Access real-time emergency guidance
• View relevant safety data and documentation

3. User Accounts

User accounts are created and managed by the system administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities performed under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the SIGAP app in accordance with applicable laws and internal company HSE policies.

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading safety reports
• Tamper with safety data or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the platform for purposes other than HSE-related reporting and monitoring

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal and safety-related data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to improve HSE performance and ensure operational safety. By using the app, you consent to this collection and processing of data.

6. Third-Party Services

The SIGAP app may interface with third-party systems (e.g., notification services, cloud storage, analytics tools). PT Surveyor Indonesia is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties.

7. Log Data

In the event of errors or incidents, we may collect diagnostic data from your device, such as:

• IP address
• Device name and OS version
• App usage details
• Safety report metadata

This data helps us improve app performance and incident resolution.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of internet-based services.

9. Limitation of Liability

PT Surveyor Indonesia is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or inability to use the SIGAP app. Usage of the app is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be made available within the app. Continued use of the app after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
